The Dulles Toll Road was a parking lot. I saw more than 2 taxis in the 8 foot ditch. After counting 20 cars in accidents or all out wrecks, I stopped counting. I arrived at work pre--etty late.Erik and I maneuvered our schedule this afternoon to beat snow during rush hour during sundown . . . and arrived to a neighborhood quieted with the muffling of snow, the pristine whiteness of a fresh snowfall, and the sound of the "crunch-crunch" that comes with walking on 3 inches of that whiteness. Maybe tomorrow we'll get to play in it.
