It all started with the play of an innocent.
Merritt grabbed the container of floss this morning. Erik encouraged him (whatever it takes to keep him occupied and out of the knife drawer).
And then, the kids figured out that the MILES of floss that was pulled out looks like WEBBING, as in good ole' Spidey's webbing.
And then, the planning and physics of putting floss on doorknobs, under fans, around corners, and all tied with precision and rehearsal . . .resulted in my house is now covered with the webbings of my two Spidermans. (MAAAAAAN as Merritt says.)
Here is one such set-up:
floss flows from bedroom, across the landing, under the fan, to another doorknob
tied securely, I might add.
Even though Everett is supposed to be resting right now, the doors keep ghostly opening and closing.
And, he hid the floss container in a "secret Spiderman spot."
And, he just started adding clothespins to the stuff. Evidently, it is a "WWHHHOOOSSSHHHHH---COOL Spiderman Game!"
of course.
