Last weekend, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we went to The Tortilla Factory.
Though the visions of what that restaurant might look like bring up "chain-o-rama" flashes of cheesy decorations and ho-hum food, we were delighted with the truly authentic taste and atmosphere complete with the most amazing set of masks I have seen in one spot, on one wall. It was *almost* like being back in Texas.
Everett, though he eyed the chips and salsa with interest, was happy to chow on greenbeans and squash.
The couple behind Erik and Everett were big Everett fans by the end of the meal. He probably spent 98% of the time staring at them and practicing his smiles.
