80s Night

We went to an awesome Elder's Quorum party last night, 80s style!

We almost didn't make it.  I had just arrived back from being out of town.  Craziness going on.  But, we made it.

Lookin' Good!

Erik thinks the following picture of me is scary.

80s Music Jeopardy
(the lady next to me rocked it, go Stephanie!!!!--I am total dead weight unless it is singing the lyrics)

My rejuvenated boots--covered in duct tape, with paperclip chains (they were peeling, and believe it or not--I've had two occasions to wear my creation).

Camping with the Dad

At our ward's campout, Dad and Evy had a great time!

Snacks!

Sleeping outside like a cowboy!

Watch the big boys play in the fire . . . and get his own time roasting marshmallows.

Mom and Merritt joined in the fun in the morning, enjoyed a hike, and then had a great lazy Saturday!

Dallas Arboretum

We went to the Dallas Arboretum with some friends and had a splendid time!

I dressed them in orange because that is the color I use when I want them to stand out in a crowd in case we get separated.  Doesn't really work when you are surrounded by orange pumpkins!

Evy had a great time with their scavenger hunt.

Merritt preferred to walk on the maze.

And just, really, running everywhere!

Chills and Thrills

Kickin' back and moving forward . . . .

Erik is back in town!  He's here for at least a couple of weeks!  :)

Merritt's ARD was this morning.  He is all ready to attend a preschool class taught by a speech therapist.  I think he'll have a great time . . . and he's made so many improvements over the past couple of weeks that I think it is at the right time for him.

Evy is coolin' it, being an awesome big brother!  I am just amazed at how well he and his brother play together.

I've ramped up the holiday cooking and kept up with the working out.  Love the swimming.

It is finally feeling like autumn!

This afternoon Everett is busy building a robot.
